How HOT Player Activation Works (We Do It For You)
HOT Player links your device to your subscription using the MAC address it shows on launch. Here's how to get going:
Step 1 – Install HOT Player
Install the app from your device's store (table above).
Step 2 – Open the App and Note Your MAC Address
When you open HOT Player, your MAC address appears on the main screen (some versions also show a device key). Write it down exactly as displayed.
Step 3 – Send Your MAC Address to Us on WhatsApp
Send the MAC address to us on WhatsApp. That's all we need.
Step 4 – We Activate Your Device
We link your MAC address to your playlist and activate it for you — usually within minutes.
Step 5 – Restart and Watch
Close HOT Player fully and reopen it. Your channels load automatically.

Channels not showing?
- Check the MAC address you sent matches your TV exactly
- Fully close the app and reopen it
- Make sure your playlist is active — message us and we'll confirm
Playlist was reset by someone else? Use the Lock MAC button in HOT Player settings to stop anyone else from changing your playlist.
